Who we are

Information we collect

We may collect:

• Property details you share, such as address, situation, and desired timeline.
• Contact details such as name, email, and phone number.
• Phone numbers you provide so we can call you about a requested evaluation.
• SMS opt-in and consent records if you later choose to receive text messages (see SMS / Text Messaging below). We do not currently operate a marketing text program.
• Usage data such as pages viewed, device type, and approximate location from analytics tools.
• Communications you send us by form, email, or phone.

How we use information

We use information to:

• Review a property and respond within 24 hours when we can.
• Call or email you about an inquiry you started.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website.
• Meet legal, tax, title, and record-keeping duties if you move forward.

Requesting an evaluation, providing a phone number, or (in the future) consenting to texts is not a condition of receiving an evaluation. You can call or email us instead.

SMS / Text Messaging (A2P 10DLC)

We may offer informational text messages in the future (for example, appointment reminders or updates about an evaluation you requested). We do not send marketing texts today. If we launch texting, the following will apply.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in / consent are collected as their own categories of information. We keep a record of when and how you opted in.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in / consent data with third parties or affiliates for their marketing. We do not use that information to add you to someone else’s text list.

We may share the minimum information needed with service providers that process data for us under contract — for example an SMS gateway, CRM, website hosting, analytics, or email provider. Those processors may not use your mobile number or SMS consent for their own marketing.

Consent to receive texts is not a condition of property evaluation or of doing business with us. You can request options by phone, email, or this website without opting in to SMS.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with processors who help us run the site and respond to inquiries (hosting, analytics, email, CRM, and, if launched, an SMS gateway), with title or professional partners you ask us to involve, or when the law requires it.

Access and deletion

To review, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you — including a phone number or any future SMS consent record — email hello@goodpathhomes.com or call (380) 215-6255. We will respond as required by applicable law. Some records may be kept when we must retain them for legal, tax, or transaction purposes.

Cookies and analytics

We use analytics (including Google Analytics) to understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser. Doing so may limit some site features.

Retention and security

We keep inquiry and transaction records only as long as needed for the purpose collected or as required by law. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards; no website is completely secure.

Children

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after an update means you have had a chance to review the revised policy.
