These terms govern your use of https://www.goodpathhomes.com and related pages operated by GN Capital LLC doing business as Good Path Homes (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Site use
The site is informational. It helps homeowners explore options to sell a residential property as-is. You may use it for lawful, personal purposes. Do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or scrape it in a way that burdens our systems.
Content on the site — including text, branding, and layout — is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy it for commercial use without permission.
Who we are — and who we are not
We are an independent residential buyer. Unless we agree with you in a signed writing to act in another capacity, we are not a real-estate broker or agent, attorney, lender, mortgage broker, credit counselor, foreclosure-defense service, or HUD-approved housing agency. Using this site does not create a brokerage, attorney–client, lender, or fiduciary relationship.
If you face foreclosure, debt, tax, or legal questions, please consult an attorney or a HUD-approved housing counselor. We can discuss a possible purchase. We cannot give legal, tax, or credit advice.
Evaluations are not appraisals
Any review, proposal, range, or written option we provide is our internal evaluation of a possible purchase — not an appraisal, CMA, or guarantee of market value. Figures may change as we learn more about title, condition, occupancy, or your timeline. A proposal is not an offer you must accept, and it is not a promise that a specific amount will be wired on a specific day.
We aim to respond within 24 hours. Closing, when you choose to move forward and title allows, is typically 7–90 days. Some files close in about 7–14 days when title is clear; others take longer. We do not guarantee a closing date or net proceeds until those terms are in a signed purchase agreement.
No obligation
Requesting options is complimentary and confidential. You are never required to accept a proposal, sign an exclusive listing, or continue a conversation. Inquiries you submit
Information you send through the site should be accurate to the best of your knowledge. We may contact you about that inquiry. How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy, including phone numbers and any future SMS consent.
Third-party tools
Address lookup may use Google Places. Analytics may use Google Analytics. Those services have their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party sites we link to.
Disclaimers
The site is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; those limits apply only to the extent permitted.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
